Orkas Baseball Academy

The Orkas Baseball Academy is the premier place to train for baseball. It features a well trained staff (Venezuelan and Dutch coaches, scouts and players), a great facility, and excellent equipment for peak performance training.

The Orkas Baseball Academy is open to all age baseball players, ages 6 and up, eager to enhance their skills, and prepare to play at the next level. We specialize in the areas of pitching, hitting, fielding, catching, speed and strength training.

The Orkas Baseball Academy training approach is based on the five physical tools that major league baseball scouts look at when evaluating players.
Those five physical tools are:

Running: Speed and base running abilities
Fielding: Softness of hands, exchange from glove to throwing hand
Throwing: Arm strength and accuracy
Hitting for average: Situational hitting
Power Hitting: Abilities to drive the ball.
